Return & Refund Policy

At Indiaethnicity, we aim to provide a transparent and fair return and refund process in compliance with Shopping policies.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After 2 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy outlined below. Any interception or return attempts after shipping may incur additional charges.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, depending on the return reason.

• A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns.

• RA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

• Returns sent without an RA number will be rejected.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Security seals (if applicable) must be unopened

• Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or delayed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• You must request an RA number within 15 days of delivery

• Damage must be reported within 36 hours of delivery

• Photographic evidence is required (including product details and packaging)

• Return shipping costs will be covered by India Ethnicity LLC

Processing time:
Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Returns Due to Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, better price, or no longer needing the product:

• Request an RA number within 7 days of delivery

• Items must meet all return eligibility conditions

• A 25% restocking fee will apply

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Returns sent to any address without authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

• Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Credit & Replacement Policy

• Refunds or replacements are issued only after the returned item is inspected

• Items failing inspection will not qualify for a refund or replacement

• India Ethnicity reserves the right to make final decisions on all return claims

Return Shipping Guidelines

• Use a traceable shipping carrier

• Include the RA number clearly on the package

• Retain shipping confirmation until the return is completed
