Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After 2 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be processing or shipped. Additional charges may apply if attempts are made to intercept or return the shipment.

  • Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.

  • Returns without a valid RA number will be rejected, and additional charges may apply.

  • RA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an RA number within 15 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for items returned due to our error.

  • Please provide photographic evidence of damage, including part numbers and descriptions.

  • Processing time for damaged goods may take up to 7 business days after we receive the item.

Returns Due to Changed Mind or Better Price

  • If you no longer need the product, changed your mind, or found a better price, you may request an RA number within 7 days of delivery.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  1. Products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

  2. Products must be free from damage (dents, scratches, cracks, or signs of use).

  3. Products with security seals must be unopened and intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be delayed or denied.

  • Return processing may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the item.

Damaged Goods Policy

  • Report damaged or defective items within 36 hours of delivery. Claims made after 7 days will not be covered.

  • Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for damaged goods.

  • Processing may take up to 7 business days after we receive the item.

Buyer’s Remorse

  • Returns due to regret or change of mind may incur return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

  • Replacement requests may be denied at our discretion.

Credit & Replacement

  • Credit or replacement will only be issued after the returned product has been inspected.

  • If the product does not meet the return criteria, no credit will be issued.

  • IndiaEthinicity reserves the right to adjudicate all credit or replacement requests.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

  • Use a traceable shipping carrier and retain delivery confirmation.

  • Include the RA number on all return shipments.
